It’s not Instant Pot related, but these bagels are currently one of my favorite things to make!
This recipe has shown up online as a few different names. It caught my attention when I saw it called ‘two ingredient bagels’, but technically there’s a few more little ingredients to add. Either way, you will not believe how incredibly delicious and easy this recipe is! And can you believe these bagels is made without yeast or boiling Since Greek yogurt is the only wet ingredient, the tangy flavor stands out.
The first time we tried the bagels, I made half plain and half cheese while my husband made cinnamon raisin. I have to admit, the cinnamon raisin bagels were outstanding! He added a tiny bit of cinnamon to the flour, then mixed the raisins with just a little bit of brown sugar before kneading the raisins into the dough.
I’ve read it’s important to use 0% fat Greek yogurt or the dough may be sticky. If true, a bit more flour may be needed to combine the ingredients.
Please give it a try and let me know what flavor combinations you try and love!
